Holly was a pleasure to work with when recently purchasing our first home. She was knowledgeable about the area, schools and the homes. What we liked most about Holly is that she let us walk around each house and view it for ourselves first before answering questions. My wife and I do not like to be sold on something or told why we need to have that house. She let us make our minds up and then answered any questions we had without being too pushy. To me to find a realtor that was not pushy and knew everything about each property we looked at was impressive. If my wife and I ever do decide to move in the future we will be contacting Holly again! Thanks again for everything Holly!

Me and my wife got in touch with Holly after having quite a few questions of the home buying experience being that this was our first one. She not only answered everything one by one in the order of how it happens but was also able to answer any sort of questions I had branching off of an answer i just got on top of not making it seem over whelming. That sold us right away. For communication, text, email, phone call, and basically any hour of the day if she didn't respond asap it was very shortly afterwords and if she for whatever reasons couldn't get me what i needed on the spot she was able to get someone within her company or their resources to solve whatever problem we may of had. Her communication with my lender agent was also great they kept me on the same page back and forth day by day just about too. An over all great realtor, easy to talk to and listen to and is able to help with anything and everything.

Ms Poulos was very knowledgeable about the current real estate market in my area. She guided me through this process and provided me with valuable insight and advice on how to increase the value and marketability of the house I was selling. She was very pleasant, attentive to my concerns and skillfully represented my best interests during the negotiations. Due to her efforts my house sold at a good fair market value in less than one week and closed very shortly thereafter. I am very happy with these results and would highly recommend her.
