Holly was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, comes from a proud military family, and carries the values of hard work, discipline, and dedication into every aspect of her career.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA), she spent 12 years working in the medical field, developing exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Her real estate experience started early on, when she purchased her first property at the young age of 21, and realized the incredible value in real estate investments. Her career in Real Estate began with selling residential properties, where she gained valuable experience with apartments, rental homes, buying and selling primary residences, vacation homes, and investment properties. Transitioning into Commercial Real Estate, Holly combines her diverse real estate expertise with a results-driven approach to help her clients achieve their goals. She is known for her commitment to going the extra mile, ensuring every transaction is seamless and successful.
Holly and her husband own a thriving Texas-based contracting business, which gives her additional insight into construction and property development. That background naturally gravitated her career towards Commercial Real Estate where she now focuses her attention full-time.
Together with her husband, they raised three children, all of whom pursued successful careers in skilled trades: Electrical, Diesel Mechanics, and Welding/Fabrication.
When she’s not working, Holly enjoys volunteering with her local Meals on Wheels program, and staying active through yoga, hiking, and outdoor adventures. As a lover of nature, she finds balance and inspiration in the great outdoors. Her dedication, combined with her rich life experiences, makes her an invaluable asset to her clients and her team.
