The best advice I ever got was when somebody said: Trust Holly and let her do her job. Somebody recommended Holly to me. Initially, she took me to houses that I, personally, wanted to see and even helped me place an offer on the first house we looked at. When I got cold feet, she understood and explained how it would not be a big deal to get out of the contract. She also allowed me a week to get my head right. Then, I got the best advice ever: Let her do her job. So I did. I stopped making my lists, and let her just take me to homes in neighborhoods I liked. I remember giving her my criteria. I remember looking at many houses one day. The best thing I can say is that Holly and saw at least five homes one day, but when we stepped into the second house... we both knew. She understood what I was looking for, and we both smiled. We looked at other houses, but placed an offer on the second house that same day because we both knew. We were under contract even though the house had been listed only three days. Holly cared enough to make this hectic process easy for me. I never wanted to own a home. Apartment prices and loud neighbors forced my hand. I've been in the house for almost three years (today is January 2016), and I have zero regrets. I would definitely recommend Holly Sincox. Paeng

Holly is an honest, reliable agent whom I would highly recommend to any prospective buyer or seller! We sold our home in Clear Lake and were, at the time, commuting to another state for employment.
