When my wife and I first asked some of our friends about a realtor in rutherford county. They all o ly came up with one name. It was holly! Let me tell tat I will never use anyone else. The knowledge she has of most areas and the things she looks at to make sure your getting a great home, is second to none! For my wife and I she was absolutely amazing in every aspect. From first meeting her. To explaining every little detail to us. We had so many questions threw this whole process. She had an answer for all of them, when she didn't know the answer she made sure to find out what we needed to know. She was patient with us and always reassured us that this process is never quick. As well as always reassuring us that it didnt matter how many houses we look at, that she wanted to make sure that we we're very happy with our decision before we made anything concrete. worked with us on our budget (which wasn't much as first time home buyers.). The people that she knows and friends she has in the business, really helped us find our first home. That we are still in today. If your looking for someone who very knowledgeable, professional and all around amazing! Holly is the realtor/person you need. We are so blessed to have had her on our team! We won't use anyone else but holly!
