Holly was great from start to finish! This was an investment for us, so we were looking for good rental value as well as something that would appreciate over time and boy did she deliver. She found us the perfect place that will give us great returns. She negotiated a great deal for us and we got the house below asking price. Then she navigated us through to closing and got us through a couple hiccups along the way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for any type of real estate. She is friendly, respectful and professional. Hope to buy another one with her soon!
