Hong Lee

Hong Lee, CCIM, is the broker/owner of Bridgepoint Investment Group, LLC, a real estate brokerage that specializes in investment and commercial real estate sales and leasing. In 1996, Hong began his career in real estate and has handled over $763 million in various commercial and residential real estate transactions. Hong coordinates between investors, developers, lenders, brokers, asset/property management, and design teams to insure a great finished product and excellent service.

Hong is a foreclosure specialist and a certified HUD broker. He is skilled at empowering clients with self-directed IRA and custom real estate investment solutions using 1031 exchanges and other strategies. As a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee, Hong is part of an elite corp of brokers who have completed a portfolio demonstrating the depth of commercial real estate and expertise.

As Founder and President of Apartment Brokers Network, Hong works on a national level with independent brokers and empowers them to utilize the best marketing practices, the best tools, and leverage CCIM relationships to serve their investor and commercial real estate clients.

Raised in the Sunshine State, Hong grew up in the Orlando area and went to University of Florida for a BSEE and later Northeastern University for a Masters Degree engineering work. At UF he met his future wife and business partner in the brokerage, Dianne Lee. Together, they have been serving the real estate community for over 23 years. In his spare time, Hong enjoys hanging out with his two kids, two dogs, playing tennis, and Chinese language studies.
