My fiancé and I met Hortencia when we attended an open house that she was hosting. We weren't pre-approved at the moment but we knew once we met her that we enjoyed her genuine, professional, and friendly personality and wanted her to be our realtor once we were pre-approved. A year later after we met Hortencia, we tracked her down and hoped that she would accept to be our realtor. We were so happy with our decision because Hortencia made the entire home buying process very smooth
and always made our demands and needs a priority. She was always accessible, happy to educate you on the home buying process, and willing to answer any questions at any time. The best part of Hortencia is that she makes sure you are always happy with the decisions you are making and never rushed us, even though the market itself was very rushed and hectic. Having Hortencia as your realtor is probably the best decision you can make for your home buying journey.

I highly recommend Hortencia Herrera as your realtor. She will educate and guide you in the right path. Hortencia explain everything in detail on how things are done and made my purchase as easy as possible. I can honestly say that I am lucky to have met Hortencia’s. She’s professional, understanding and have a super positive energy that definitely matched mine. Being a single mother it was tough looking for places on my own. I also was looking for rentals and trust me when I say when you have a realtor it is one of the best choices I ever made, everything from touring the property to signing the lease is smooth sailing. When my brother referred Hortencia to me, I knew she was a blessing. We looked at so many places and I felt so bad because nothing seemed to be the right fit for my family. She worked with me and motivated me to keep looking and we finally found a place. I’m super excited and I will definitely be working with her in 2022 to buy my first home get some land and grow some fruits and veggies. Overall, I would 100% recommend Hortencia. She’s awesome!!

Hortencia has been AMAZING with our search on finding a home. We had a horrible experience with our first agent/company and she completely changed our minds on the whole house hunting experience especially because we are first time home buyers. She was very detailed and is always checking in with us and makes us feel so secure. We are VERY picky but she has so much patience with us. I seriously could not recommend anyone better to help with buying your home! Love her !
