I have bought and sold many properties over the the last three decades and engaged the services of many real estate brokers -- by far, the Hourihan Group (Kevin and Vinette's staging of my home, technical expertise, knowledge of the near-by other listing, patience and execution) exceeded both my expectations and any other prior experience I've had with other agents. I actually look forward to buying or selling another property to be able to work with the Hourihan Group again!

Vinette and Kevin are the total agent team package. My work with them has shown them to be hard working, excellent advocates for their clients both Sellers and Buyers. Their range of knowledge from Client Representation through Negotiation is impressive.
Kevin also brings his many years of valuable experience in Home Construction to the advising of their clients. So important!
