If you are looking to buy, or sell, a home in Stamford or the surrounding area it would be my pleasure to work with you. My business philosophy is based representing clients the same way that I would like to be represented, and helping them to identify what they want, and then applying my market knowledge to deliver the best possible outcome. I have been in real estate for more than 20 years, and the last 5 years my business totaled more than $20 million in sales. I work with William Raveis who is the number 1 real estate agency in Stamford, as well as Connecticut. Last year I was selected to be in the President Club as my total sales volume was in the top 10% of all agents within the company. I have an undergraduate degree in accounting, and an MBA in finance. Prior to real estate I was a Corporate Controller and Director of Corporate Planning and Budgets. I have very strong analytical skills, and I enjoy analyzing trend data, which is important in determining pricing. As a Corporate Controller I developed strong negotiating skills. I have the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations which were obtained from intensive classroom instruction covering a variety of subjects including law, standards, marketing, finance and risk management and passing final exams on all the material.

I issue a monthly report for Southern Connecticut in which I provide commentary on my personal assessment of the market, as well as detail market statistics. Preparing this report helps me to keep up to date on the market economics for all Southern Fairfield County. I then use this knowledge to help my clients (both buyers and sellers) understand the market, and get them the best deal possible.
