I met Howard about 2 1/2 years ago when I was going through an 18 month divorce and he was so sympathetic and stood by me in looking at different properties. He is so patience and never made me feel as though I was a bother. I would definitely recommend Howard to my family and friends because of his professionalism, patience, and his dedication in finding you a home you will feel comfortable with and he will not stop until you are. He is the best agent ever! we just want to purchase a 150,000 townhouse, and he treated us like a real big customer. it took us 6 months to finally got the townhouse ! And when we have troubles with our loan, he helped us out by make his bosses talked to the loan officers about our case. and after we got the key for our home, he even helped us to find the cleaning companies.... he is not only a good agent, but a good friend to us .

For over a year, my fiancé and I were searching through Redfin to find a home. Without any luck, we decided to contact the listing agents directly for homes that we were interested in and this is how we met Howard. Howard graciously scheduled a viewing of his listing one late evening to accommodate my fiancé and my work schedules. Although, we did not end up purchasing that particular home, Howard did help us purchase our first home (standard sale)! And we couldn’t be happier. We chose Howard for many reasons: 1. His brutally HONEST nature, he didn’t sugarcoat anything and had no problem telling us when something was not right. 2. He was NEVER pushy and worked hard to stay within our budget to get us the best home to fit our needs and wants. 3. He LISTENS!!! He takes the time to really get to know us as people and not just as potential income. 4. He is PATIENT, being that my fiancé and I were new to the real estate world, Howard provided guidance and answers to our questions/concerns and was always ready to take us on tours of homes (even the ones that we knew we weren’t going to purchase, but wanted to see for fun). 5. He negotiated the BEST price for our current home. To be honest, the home was out of our price range, but Howard was able to negotiate the price lower than expected! 6. He ALWAYS placed us as a priority and we never felt alone. Howard was by our side from the start, beginning with tours of the homes, to placing offers, to negotiations, to inspection, to finding a loan, and close of escrow. Even after close of escrow, Howard was still checking up on us and has always been a phone call away in case we needed anything. Howard started as a Real Estate Agent and became a dear friend to us. We couldn't have not done this without him. Thank you Howard!!!
