I found Howard after seeing an incredible renovation that was done to one of the houses in the neighborhood. I met with him to see if something similar could be accomplished for a property I owned. I ultimately did not proceed, but he was very helpful and led me to other possible alternatives. Would recommend him for those who don't have the cash to renovate but want to sell your house for top dollar.
