About Howard

Howard Solomon started his professional career in 1989 with Local 83 as a sheet metal worker apprentice. That year he also purchased his first investment property, a two-family house in Albany. His girlfriend and he lived on the bottom floor and rented out the top. It started out as only a means to pay for their mortgage but eventually turned into his career. Sheet metal work began to slow down, which required him to travel a lot out of state, something he did not want to do because of his family and his role as a father. Therefore, he decided to take the leap and get his New York State Real Estate License to do real estate work full-time. He got his real estate license in 2016. Ever since then, he has been listing houses and helping clients find their dream home as well. He has been working as a real estate salesperson and an investor all in one!
