Howard has been a full time realtor for over 42 years and is committed to providing real estate services to Wakefield and surrounding communities. In addition to being a licensed broker, his credentials include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), Member of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS, Member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, and a Member of the National Association of REALTORS. Also, Howard served as Fair Housing officer of Christopher J. Barrett Realtors, Director of E.M.A.R., Chairman of the educational committee for E.M.A.R., instructor of Real Estate pre-licensing school, Director of Wakefield Chamber of Commerce, Director of Stoneham Chamber of Commerce and the Director of the Spina Bifida annual golf tournament. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie sales course.
