My husband and I made the big decision to buy a home in Nashville after our first visit in February 2022. We live in NYC and needed to find a knowledgeable, honest and reliable realtor since we knew there was a good chance we would have to purchase a new home sight unseen. We were fortunate to find H.B, who made this stressful process much more manageable and easy. Once we explained to H.B. what we were looking for in our new home, he was able to provide excellent recommendations and essentially did the house-hunting for us. This was not an easy task given the HOT housing market in Nashville. Thankfully, H.B. was able to find exactly what we were looking for in a short timeframe and we recently closed on our home in June 2022. Throughout the entire process, H.B. was nothing but professional, courteous and responsive. From our first conversation with H.B. to our last meeting at the closing table, he was always quick to respond and continued to lead us step by step to ensure we know what to expect. We thoroughly enjoyed working with HB and highlight recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

HB recently represented us when we sold our home in Arrington. He is extremely dedicated and delivered an amazing service. He was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and paid attention to all of the complex details in the offers and contracts. He arranged for great photos, video 360 tour and drone footage of our home. He sold our home for $160k above asking price and negotiated on all the items that were important to us. We were thrilled with our outcome and recommend him wholeheartedly.

You need more that 5 stars to grade our experience with H.B. He helped us with the sale of our land and home, in a complex back and forth transaction.
