Howard was extremely kind and patient. He spent tireless hours showing my wife and I homes in the area while we refined what we were looking for. We initially contacted him while searching for a rental from overseas. He took the time to understand our needs and arranged a video skype tour of the house we rented Howard is perceptive to the wishes of the client...even when the client does not yet have focused wishes. I can't imagine a better realtor!
