Combined with my background in architecture, I bring a unique perspective — understanding not only the financial side of a property, but also its design potential, build feasibility, and how it can be improved, expanded, or repositioned to maximize value. I also have a strong understanding of the building and redevelopment process, allowing me to guide clients in making thoughtful, well-informed decisions.
