About Hunter

Hunter Gosnell joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2019 with plenty of real estate skill and experience already under his belt. Prior to real estate sales, Hunter began a career as a mortgage lender, soon realizing he had more of a passion for the homes he was helping his clients with. He then started his new career in 2013 as a real estate sales associate with a top-producing team at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., working alongside other high-producing agents who helped him hone his knowledge of the market and brokerage network.

Hunter is a fifth generation Washingtonian. His interest and passion for the real estate industry started at an incredibly young age, when he spent summers helping with his family’s construction business, Gosnell Inc. Working around other real estate professionals, Hunter realized early on that he had a passion for real estate and architecture.

Hunter resides in Spring Valley, DC, with his beloved wife Brittany, daughter Barbie, son JJ, and their yellow English Labrador, Teddie. Hunter is an avid golfer, and he volunteers with The First Tee, an organization helping children learn to play golf and establish important life skills. When he is not busy selling real estate, you will find Hunter visiting his family’s home on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, or cheering for all of DC’s sports teams, especially the Washington Capitals.
