Before entering real estate, Hunter worked in football operations with the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, the University of Mississippi, and Florida Atlantic University—where he earned his MBA from their prestigious Sport MBA program. That fast-paced, high-stakes experience shaped his ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and negotiate with confidence.
As a real estate investor himself, Hunter brings a sharp understanding of market trends, value, and negotiation. He works with all types of clients—from first-time homebuyers to experienced sellers and luxury property owners—tailoring his strategy to guide each one through a smooth, successful transaction.
