My goal is to provide you with the right information when buying a home or selling a home so that you're comfortable, involved, informed and able to make decision based on facts, not hype.

I will accomplish this by:

1. Explaining Basic Real Estate Principles: The process of selling a home, Agency Relationship and the Purchase and Sale Agreement ,

2. Research your home's value: Provide you with a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis, Assist you in determining a price that will provide you with highest return in the shortest period of time.

3. Market your property: Assist you in preparing your home for a good first impression, Market your home to Buyers who are looking for home in your price range, Keep you up to date on current market activity so you can make informed decisions.

4. Negotiate the Purchase: Assist you in working through the purchase and sales agreement, Negotiate with Home Buyers and Buyer's Agent on your behalf, Track contingencies and make certain contract deadlines are met.

5. Help close the Transaction: Work with the escrow company and closing attorney and lender to ensure all documents required are in order and completed in a timely manner.

Steps to successful sale:

1. Choose the right Real Estate Agent: One you can trust, with years of experience Selling your home requires a professional who has a thorough understanding of how to market your home for sale and analytical skills to interpret detailed information about other competing homes, recent sales and why homes that didn't sell failed.

2.Prepare yourself and your family: Once you have decided to list your home and sell your home. It's a good idea to think of it as a done deal. Once you begin to see your home a product to be sold, it becomes easier to part ways. remember your memories go with you and not the house.

3. Learn What you can and have realistic expectation: It's best to know what happening. Doing so will lead to having real expectations and a successful sale
