We made a huge move from out of state to Maryland & Hycienth was the only agent who was willing to give us the time of day as renters. We requested a virtual tour so that we may have a place to go to as soon as we arrived, & every tour we did exceeded our expectations. He not only showed us the house, but also walked around the neighborhoods , giving us a feel of the area. He was open and honest about the cleanliness and the upkeep of every property. I absolutely would recommend Hycienth for buying or renting any property. He has the best attitude and makes time for literally anything you need.

The experience with working with Hycienth was great. He was there every step of the way and worked with as a first time homebuyer. He was available to answer all my questions, fears and concerns that comes with buying your first home. He blocked out adequate time when viewing homes and I never felt rushed or left on the dark. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Hycienth to friends, family and really anyone looking to purchase a home. I definitely will call him again when it's time to purchase my next home.

Mr Hycienth processed the selling of my home in such a professional way. He made me feel like a celebrity throughout the process from the first phone call to closing. I would recommend him for anyone who needs a red carpet treatment no matter what the reason you have for selling your home. I had challanging personal issues that I was going through but he treated me like I was his only client. You are a rare breed Mr Hycienth. In a stressful world and time, you personify how we should treat one another. THANK YOU!!!!

Mr. Hycienth Obiakor is the realtor you'd definitely need by your side. From start to finish he is present, he is like a guardian angel in the real estate world. If it's possible to view a home at twelve midnight, best believe he will be available to accompany you.
He's resilient when it comes on to overseeing the process from start to finish, also I must say that he is highly knowledgeable About the real estate industry which makes him equipped to help you thoroughly.
He actually rescheduled an appointment to be there for our closing just to make sure we understood every single document.
