I've always searched for rentals by myself, going over pages and pages of ads, dealing with owners and documents, it's always been a dreaded chore.
Hyman made is so easy! He had lists for me every day and set up appointments. All I did was look at houses and he handled the rest. A great negotiator, I got a house with all of my specifications, pet friendly and for cheaper than originally listed.
He handled all of the documents and lease agreements while making sure things in the home would be fixed and cleaned before we moved in. All in all, a great experience! Would recommend to anyone who wants a great home and no headache.

After being recommended by a close friend I chose Hyman to help me with the purchase of my first home. This was a huge deal for Me so I didnt want to just choose any person. With that said, I am so happy i chose Hyman. He made the entire process easy and as fast as possible. Thanks to Hyman I got the house of my dreams and he saved me some bucks in the process. What can I say about Hyman?

Everytime I've looked for a new place to live I found it incredibly stressful. Then someone told me about Hyman. They were talking about what a delight it was to look for an apartment with him. I didn't understand what could possibly make him any better than the other realtors I had used. Then I met him...we had a little chat and he found a bunch of properties that all worked for me. The place I chose I can definitely see myself calling home for quite some time.

Working with him was truly a delight.

Hyman is super knowledgeable, accommodating, and above all-else honest.

When I moved down from NY I heard that the real estate agents here could look to rip me off at every turn. This wasn't the case with Hyman at all! He showed me a bunch of properties all within my budget and my specific needs. And he was very flexible to work around my odd hours and unpredictable schedule.

This might sound bias because hes my brother but by moving back from Israel recently, finding a house for me was a challenge..I searched high and low in numerous websites like Zillow for example ,which were not only confusing and sketchy but theres nothing like talking to a knowlegable professional that is motivated to help you get what your looking for. When I turned to my brother to help me out not only was he supportive (again bias) but super professional and efficient in finding me exactly what I was looking for while still staying within my budget..since then ive witnessed him with many other customers showing the same support and empathy while doing his job in the most professional manner possible..thank you again bro!!
