Ian Baylor

Hi, my name is Ian Baylor. I'm a Realtor in Chevy Chase MD. I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Prince George's County, Montgomery County, and Washington DC. Focusing primarily on Capitol Heights, District Heights, Temple Hills, Silver Spring, Deanwood, and the surrounding areas.

I have been in the real estate business since 2014. During this time I have increased my skills and knowledge of the industry. With a background in Accounting and Finance, I am able to utilize all of my skills, experience, and knowledge to quickly analyze and access the situation to provide clients with the proper guidance to sell and buy homes.

Originally born and raised in Maryland. I enjoy dancing, discovering new music, playing basketball, and going to restaurants. I had lived in Europe and Asia for a year to pursue my Masters in Finance. This has definitely shaped some of my viewpoints and has been a humbling experience to know the privileges I have in the States.
