Ian Brown

Ian has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been a partner at Westlake Associates for the past 16 years. Ian specializes in multifamily properties, and he has represented clients in purchasing and selling over $300 million in commercial real estate transactions. Ian’s industry knowledge and work ethic have consistently made him one of Westlake Associates’ top producers. His experience as both a broker and a building owner gives him a unique advantage in the market. This perspective enables him to identify opportunities or challenges other brokers often overlook.

Ian is a graduate of the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University. Ian’s family moved to Seattle in 1976, and he currently lives in the UW neighborhood with his wife and three children.
