Ian is the best realtor I have ever worked with. My wife and I needed to buy a home quickly in Ian's area. He knows his community so well that he had five homes in our price range for us to consider only one day after our initial contact. Four days later we had an agreement to buy our favorite of the five. During the closing process we were faced with a couple of delays we had not experienced before. In each case Ian's calm explanations of how each process was going to unfold served to soothe our anxieties. After closing, Ian has gone the extra mile by being available to answer our questions and physically helping with some of our move-in chores. He is one of those special people who are knowledgeable, professional, helpful, reliable and dependable. I have worked with seven realtors in my lifetime; Ian is by far the best of them all.
