About Ian

Ian Hoover is an energetic, accomplished entrepreneur. A valuable lesson Ian learned while raised by his single mother was that ”you can accomplish anything as long as you work hard.” Since 2011, Ian’s hard work has led him to succeed in the Real Estate world as a Real Estate Agent and Investor. In 2017 Ian became a broker, partnered with his mentor Alex Deacon, and together they formed Deacon & Hoover Real Estate Advisors.

He has established a reputation as being highly motivated, honest, and persistent which has guided his team of realtors and clients in feeling supported during their journey in real estate. These core values have also helped him win sales awards and hold leadership positions in Fortune 100 and 500 companies all by the age of 22 years old. By the age of 30, Ian had built multiple businesses with his partners in the fields of Real Estate, Real Estate Investing, and contracting in which he participated in advising or investing in multiple start-ups and other businesses.

Ian’s exemplary accomplishment as of 2021, his firm, Deacon & Hoover Real Estate is one of the fastest growing companies in Western PA and is currently the 3rd largest independent brokerage. Their goal is to finish the largest independent firm by the end of 2022. Ian’s mission is to be seen as exceptional in his endeavors and to generously extend his expertise to others. Outside of the real estate world, Ian is enjoying spending time with his wife, children, friends and family.
