Cecilia on the Ian Perler Team was knowledgeable, responsive and patient with my husband and I. We were looking for a bigger home in order to accommodate a growing family, and she was able to help us with finding our forever home. She was even understanding with us when we wanted to take a break due to the craziness of the market, but in the end she helped us get exactly what we were looking for without forcing us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Ian and his team were great to work with during the entire sale process. From the moment we decided to sell to the when the sale was completed, my wife and I I were kept informed and up to date the entire time.
Ian helped ensure we listed at a price that was competitive by providing a list of recent sales in our building and equivalent properties nearby and we achieved a sale price that satisfied us. Arranging and agreeing to showings was easy through the use of the MyHome app and we were notified of any last minute changes by call or text. We also received weekly status updates regarding number of showings and commentary in regards to buyer interest.
During the completion of the sale, Ian and Ed provided a detailed checklist of what needed to be completed and when and ensured everything was plain sailing. A thoroughly knowledgeable and professional outfit I would thoroughly recommend Ian Perler services to anyone.
