Ibn is a great and patient realtor. With the hot market in the Wake area, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find a home in my budget that met my needs. If I was unable to attend a home tour he’d take a look for me and video me in, then reschedule another tour for when I was available if I was interested. He scheduled a tour for a home that I didn’t think I’d be interested in, and taught me that laying eyes on a home is the most important thing instead of what photographs well. The home is gorgeous in person. Today, I closed on that home and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I’d recommend Ibn to any homebuyer, and especially first time homebuyers. This is a man that isn’t looking to push you into a house, but guide you into a great home. Thank you again Ibn.
