Wow where do I start! I initially started looking for a rental and ended at the settlement table. Ida has been very professional and honest about everything during this process. Hey hey!!! I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Ida on purchasing my new home. Let me tell you about one of the 1st experiences I can remember. I asked s couple of questions. She answered the question in details. But that was kicker she said let me stop because she can go on and on. Lol. She was very informative about everything. She made me feel as if I was the only client. (Even though I wasn't.) I texted her about things I didn't understand whether it was about the house or the loan process. She didn't just text she called almost immediately. Let me tell you, she help get the cash for closing cost down low. She kept me in the loop about everything. I'm very pleased with the customer service she provided.
