From the beginning Idally continued to send me listings in my area that fit my criteria and she was always readily available whenever I wanted to go see any of these properties. Her response times were always quick, she was a calming presence when my lender kept making last minute changes to the closing date, or when they continued to ask for documents in the eleventh hour. She stayed bugging my lender and the builder whenever I had any issues and everything was greatly appreciated. When closing day finally arrived everything went over without a hitch and we have now moved into our dream home, thanks Idally my family and I are eternally grateful.

I can not express enough how helpful Idally was in our home search. She is extremely professional and truly works for her clients. This was our first time purchasing a home we were simply lost and overwhelmed with all the steps that needed to be taking in the home buying process, but when I say that our realtor swooped down like superwoman and saved us I mean that whole heartedly. She was super informative and very patient with us. She gave us the run down from start to finish and not to mention she had the best customer service since Chick-fil-A. I would definitely be recommending her services to anyone looking for a property.

Me and my wife are first time new homeowners and have dealt with a few agents in the past. Many of them are unhelpful, inconsiderate, and all around just don’t make you want to work with them. Idally Hunter is by far the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, considerate of her clients time and interests with respect to the home search process, and even makes sure to follow up on everything she knows clients may not even be aware of dealing with sellers and lenders. I would recommend Mrs. Hunter to anyone looking for a new real estate agent, especially first time home buyers. She will make you feel at ease, informed, and most of all comfortable with the process and your decisions in the end.

We were so nervous about buying our first home, especially during COVID19, but Idally made it an amazing experience! She was patient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the whole process. Our list seemed impossible and timeliness was really important. Idally put in our offers quickly (we had to make a few) and when our backup offer was accepted, she immediately started the paperwork with the sellers‘ agent and got us into our dream home — And I got a great rate with the lender she recommended!!
