By knowing the market, he will price your home right to get the best possible return or write the best offer to get you the home you deserve without paying too much. It’s not a gamble; he works with data and information to help make the best decisions and win. As an expert in negotiating, Igor will negotiate the terms of various parts of the transaction from the purchase price to inspections to closings and possessions to get you the best possible deal.

Seattle has been Igor’s home since 2012. He studied Business Development
at Bellevue College and has been working in sales for the past six years which has given him the opportunity to know different neighborhoods in the Puget Sound area and build strong negotiating skills. He is ready to be your real estate resource whenever you’re ready for your next move and always available to answer questions when you have them.

Believe it or not, he has a degree which has nothing to do with real estate, but
it was his passion when he lived overseas; Igor has a Chemical Engineering
degree from the University of Food Technologies in Ukraine. When he is not out with clients or touring listings, he spends time with his family and friends or working on his business to make sure he continues improving his value
proposition for you.
