I initially reached out to Iliana in 2023 about purchasing a home, but decided I wasn’t ready at that time. Despite this, she stayed in touch and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Nearly a year later, when I decided to move forward, Iliana was with me every step of the way, from viewing floor plans to closing on my new home. She made the entire process feel special and truly took care of me, not just as a customer but as a friend. Whenever I felt unsure or intimidated, she advocated for me and ensured all my needs were met. Iliana was incredibly responsive, addressing my texts and calls promptly, and always reassured me that she was available for any concerns or questions. I’m truly grateful for her support and will continue to turn to her for any future real estate needs.

Iliana has been helping me and my family look for homes for the better part of 3 years. Like they always say the 3rd times a charm. This year it was a goal to make that our accomplishment this was our year and she made sure to keep that our main focus without pressure. Iliana is the PERFECT realtor. The housing market is absolutely nuts in the Austin area right now. People are paying wild prices and listing their homes for significantly higher than the appraisal. I was feeling very stressed about the situation when Iliana called me and told me she found me the most amazing home. The house was right in my budget and in a great neighborhood. It’s already appraising for significantly more than I paid and I’ve been here for less than a week!

When I moved in, she didn’t just walk away. She has been keeping up with my needs by checking if she can follow up on maintenance, moving needs, and even told me to call her in 6 months during tax season with any questions! She also did not pressure me at all during the buying process or try to “sell” me on a house I didn’t love. She was a great realtor, therapist when things got stressful, and friend. I will be calling her again when it’s time to buy again and sharing her with all my friends and family.
