Iliana is the PERFECT realtor. The housing market is absolutely nuts in the Austin area right now. People are paying wild prices and listing their homes for significantly higher than the appraisal. I was feeling very stressed about the situation when Iliana called me and told me she found me the most amazing home. The house was right in my budget and in a great neighborhood. It’s already appraising for significantly more than I paid and I’ve been here for less than a week!

When I moved in, she didn’t just walk away. She has been keeping up with my needs by checking if she can follow up on maintenance, moving needs, and even told me to call her in 6 months during tax season with any questions! She also did not pressure me at all during the buying process or try to “sell” me on a house I didn’t love. She was a great realtor, therapist when things got stressful, and friend. I will be calling her again when it’s time to buy again and sharing her with all my friends and family.
