These talented ladies walked me through every step of the process and sacrificed personal time to fit my very rigid schedule and timeline. Their insight and guidance was exceptional which allowed us to find my dream home and have the offer accepted in a whirlwind 48 hours. Imani was definitely one of the best, that I have worked with. Sometimes I procrastinate due to the process of things. However when I met Imani she was on it. She asked me what was timeline to sale my house and made sure I stuck to it which is what I needed. She was patient with all of my craziness. She understood my needs even before I could articulate them. She was sooooo flexible and reliable. She made it easy even with the few bumps that showed up. Imani took care of everything literally everything and I couldn't have been more blessed that she was placed in my life when she was.
I made sure that I have shared her name with everyone that I know, lol even those not selling or buying and told them when you get ready she is the lady.
You don't always cross paths with good hearted people's who genuinely have your best interests at heart. Imani is/was a difference maker no doubt about it. If I ever buy or sell another home I will definitely be using her and you should too.
Lol everyone should have a "Mani" in their lives.

Let me start out by saying that I wasn’t the easiest customer. I was super picky and lazy at times. Imani handled my needs and my laziness with professionalism and encouragement. Even after offers fell through she immediately had something else to look at and had plan after plan. She is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. She is super reliable and willing to make you the happiest you can be. She goes above and beyond for everyone, if I could give 20 stars I would. She was excellent and I tell all my friends and family to use her. When I sell she’s gonna be realtor.

Imani was wonderful! She answered all of our questions & helped us to feel fully informed with our first home purchase. It was daunting & she encouraged us to ask questions and was just so warm & welcoming. She took what we wanted out of a home and went to work finding us some amazing choices! I was luckily enough to have Imani by my side for my first-time homebuyer journey. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and always willing to answer any questions and soothe any doubts. She was literally there FOR ME, on my team. It’s never just “a sale” for her. Although, I’m not entirely sure what type of magic she knows considering the amazing rate and nonexistent closing costs she managed to make happen for me (in the middle of a pandemic and housing shortage, mind you). But, I’m not complaining! I still have a little ways to go before I get to my forever home. But, I will absolutely be working with her again when the time comes! Imani, I am forever in your debts! Having Imani as our realtor made buying in this crazy competitive market AMAZING! Honestly we wanted to give up a couple times after loosing a few houses(like ten)! We are so happy that Imani kept us focused on our goals! She kept saying “I can feel it, we are getting closer!”... She was right! Imani went to view a house with no photos and said we needed to see it quick! We put in our offer that night, closed thirty days later, and now we are in the house of our dreams! I have one word about Imani. AWESOME! My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers, and from day one she helped us understand the process and was more than willing to answer any and all questions! She worked closely with us and our schedule (I have sorta odd hours so it was hard to get us together at the same time sometimes) and made our lives so so easy!

Not to mention her dedication to helping us find a home! She did an excellent job of figuring out our likes and dislikes and giving us options that we would more likely love (and absolutely did on a lot!) she wants to make sure you are happy and is very caring for her clients and always ready to answer a question!

I cannot stress how much I recommend Imani for helping you find a home, first time or buying again! If I could I would give her 20/10 stars.

Imani was very dedicated in finding us a home and spent everyday doing research on houses! She spent endless hours searching and looking up the comps for every house we looked at. She educated us throughout the whole process. We are first time homebuyers and were very nervous and scared, but Imani comforted us and was there for us every step of the way.
