India Castaneda

India Castaneda is a seasoned REALTOR® with over 30 years of experience in residential real estate. A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, India began her career in real estate after pursuing graduate studies and quickly became a respected leader in the industry. She has served 17 years on the GNIAR Board of Directors in various roles including Director, Treasurer, President-Elect, President, and Past President.
India holds multiple professional designations including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and is a graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Her commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by her completion of Indiana Association of REALTORS® Mediation Training.
Recognized for her outstanding contributions, India was named GNIAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2013 and Indiana CRS of the Year in 2011.
