Inez is a front runner in my opinion in helping buyers purchase their dream home. She is very customer service oriented and above. She not just there to fine her customers a home or just make a commission, she is there to help them find their way in this tough market. She lets you make your own decisions but she guides you to think about things that will affect you now and in your future. For example I said I love homes with concrete flooring. She educated me about concrete flooring do not give like carpet or wood floors. That gave me something to thinks about because I’ll be 70 years old next month. I already have hip and back issues. Another example, I had looked at a nice home but I never thought about I would be backing out onto a busy highway. I strongly felt her interest was about my best interest for now and the future. She responded to all of my questions anytime day or night. She gave me confidence in all the decisions I had to make as a single mature woman. I would recommend Inez to any buyer looking to purchase a home young or mature in their years. She guides you not pushing you. I give her an A+.

She will supply a list of "to do" items in a timely fashion and if there's a problem (need a dumpster....who do I call, need cleaning ladies after I move out...) she comes up with a workable and cost-effective option at a moment's notice. When we purchased the house, it could not have gone more smoothly. Everything happened on time and was the least stressful experience ever.

When it came time to sell our home, there was not a question in our minds that Inez was who we wanted. I had mentioned to Inez a few years ago that I was looking to move to West Little Rock, but didn't have a particular timeline on when that was, just that it would be nice to live in the neighborhood I grew up in. For three years, every time Inez saw a home that might fit the bill, she would send me a link. She is persistent in the best way! A home in my preferred neighborhood came up for sale and she immediately reached out. Within 24 hours I had put in an offer. With her guidance, the process was incredibly easy. WHERE IS THE 10 STAR BUTTON LOL!!! There is so much to say about Inez! Her knowledge as a realtor goes far beyond just helping you to find a house. TRUST me, you will find a HOME that caters to your SPECIFIC desires as a person. She carries expertise in various markets and neighborhoods, along with expertise in the construction/build of a house and ALL of the inner workings from the outside to the inside. For instance, she would see a gauge outside and knew it was for gas grilling…she knew the ins and outs of a tankless water heater…she would also provide expertise on flooring types, window types, roof types, counter tops, appliances, and so MUCH MORE!!! I felt EXTREMELY AT EASE under her guidance. If that was not enough, her most appealing trait is HONESTY (no matter what). At one point, fatigue started to set in on me, and I showed interest in a few homes that just were not best suited for my lifestyle. Inez knew it right off the bat and gently guided me back to reality. What realtor does that?!?!? It is not just a sale to her; she makes it personal by getting to know YOU personally. Once I found a home, she was there EVERY STEP of the way to guide me to closing and THEM SOME! I met Inez at a baby shower. We did not know each other; just found ourselves sitting at the same table. She immediately treated me as a loved one AND a client from the start! She LOVES what she does and is very prompt and attentive. We were introduced to Inez about 3 years ago at an Open House. She was so delightful, genuine and patient as she answered our inane questions! We told her that we were not quite ready to make to make a move but wanted to see what was out there, she said “Ok, no problem I’ll be here when you are.” She called us about every six months or so, “Hey y’all, just checking in, everyone ok?” In February 2021, during the crazy housing market we reached out to her. She immediately made time for us and we discussed what our options were. She explained what this craziness meant for us as buyers and sellers.
So after all this, in a very short time we sold and bought our new home that we dearly love! She was so professional, patient understanding and very knowledgeable. But when we needed a fighter, she was there handling all of the kinks, wrenches and twists too! We would absolutely recommend Inez to our family and friends! If you are selling or buying, call Inez!
