Inga, was professional, thorough, optimistic, empathetic, and most of all patient with our remote home purchase. We were in search of a house that had the potential to be made into a home and with Inga's knowledge of the area we were able to purchase our dream home in less than 30 days. Upon closing, she was able to set us up with a contractor that took our purchase to the next level by being able to customize it to our liking. You would think she was done at the closing, but she even worked with us after to ensure that our home was modern and to our liking thought-out the renovations. We were able to make this purchase and make renovations with Inga's support and without her eye and trusting her through the process we would still be on the search. We thank Inga who treated us not like clients, but as family. If you go with her you will not be disappointed.

I hired someone before I met Inga and let's say it just wasn't working. Someone recommended Inga Black. I called and instantly knew this would work. Inga was absolutely great! I had a few issues going into this process, but she was encouraging and very strategic on how to handle my situation. Very easy to talk to and work with. I wasn't left in the dark about anything.
