Inga is Vice President of Harmon & Harmon Realtors and President of Harmon Solutions. She is both a second-generation broker and commercial contractor specializing in Office Tenant Representation and Commercial Investment Property sales in GA. She possesses extensive field experience in residential & commercial construction thanks to the close tutelage of Paul Harmon, her father with over 48 years in construction, and Delois Harmon, her mother with over 33 years in real estate. Due to this experience, Ms. Harmon is knowledgeable about most aspects of real estate and construction.
She received a B.S. degree from Clark Atlanta University and MBA from Wesleyan College with a concentration in Management. After going against her parent’s wishes, to pursue the medical field, she received her Georgia Salesperson License and joined her mother, Delois Harmon, to form Harmon & Harmon Realtors, Inc. in 1999.
In the real estate industry, she is a multi-million-dollar producer, known nationwide for locating and negotiating real estate transactions for investors and developers across the country. In 2012, her clientele and focus shifted into the area of Commercial Multi-Family and Retail brokerage transactions. She is noted for her persistence, assertiveness, and dedication throughout each project & ensures that her clients’ needs are met from project inception to completion.
As the President of Harmon Solutions, a woman-owned construction/project management firm, she specializes in Residential/Commercial Interior Renovations and Buildouts. Harmon Solutions collaborates with Harmon and Harmon Realtors to assist investor clients in the Acquisition, Renovation, and Resale of Residential Investment Properties.
Inga is a leader in her community and is involved in several successful joint venture businesses. In her community, she is one of the founding leaders of Feet to The Street, a group that feeds, and provides clothing & survival kits to the homeless.
In addition, she has affiliated with the following Commercial Real Estate and Construction Trade Associations: National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), NAIOP, BOMA, ICSC, and ULI (2017 ULI’s Center for Leadership class). She is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. She is currently working to become a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member.)
A native Georgian, she currently resides in the Atlanta area. In her leisure, she enjoys public speaking, yoga, weight training, boxing & kick-boxing, writing poetry, playing competitive tennis, reading, and salsa dancing.
