Hi, I never anticipated becoming an immigrant. What was initially planned as a 3-month trip unexpectedly turned into a 6-year journey.
As an immigrant navigating the American dream, my nearly 6-year career path from Real Estate Agent to Real Estate Broker-Associate has been defined by resilience, excellence, and a commitment to providing concierge service. In this journey, perseverance is my best cover letter.

My professional journey began in the vibrant real estate market of my native Venezuela in 1980. I learned to develop my skills in analyzing optimal purchasing options for clients, from direct interactions with financial entities to overseeing legal records. I ensured smooth operations and seamless closings within specific deadlines. My mother, an expert in real estate management, taught me the art of administration, the organization of an office and the importance of relationships with clients, and my dad taught me the art of showing properties, creating the illusion, seeing the potential beyond the property, and achieving empathy with clients.

During an economic crisis and limited mortgage loans, a new chapter unfolded with my husband. Following my father's suggestion, we dedicated ourselves to Information Technology, founding our company in 1992. This unexpected turn, made possible by the support and collaboration of my husband, marked my foray into the dynamic world of technology with IBM, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Lenovo, Cisco, among others. It was a challenging time, but continuous training and hard work propelled me from first-level support to designing solutions for Core Banking and orchestrating large scale platforms for our diverse clientele.

Upon moving to the United States, my roots in real estate brought me back. The integration of the digital world in the real estate sector seemed perfect to me, given my more than 30 years of experience in information technologies.

Since relocating to the U.S. in December 2018, I've been unwavering in my commitment to building a successful real estate career. In 2019, I earned my license and joined Keller Williams-Miami Beach to gain valuable experience and training.

Inspired by Armando Romero's innovative approach to leveraging technology in real estate, I strategically moved to BrokerNation in December 2019 to lay the groundwork for my business.
In 2021, I served as Armando's assistant, gaining invaluable insights. This experience propelled me to become a top producer in 2022. My commitment to professional growth led me to obtain my Real Estate Broker License in April 2023, along with several complementary certifications and designations.

Through hard work, perseverance, and ongoing education, I'm proud to realize the American dream by establishing roots in my new home and purchasing my property.

Life prepared me for the convergence of my two passions, positioning me to bridge the worlds of real estate and technology.
I am grateful for my parents and teachers' invaluable education, foundational lessons, life-changing experiences, and the beautiful family God blessed me with.
