About Ingrid

Author of "Selling Your Home in North Carolina" (available on Amazon.com or my website). This book was inspired by the many conversations I've had with homeowners who wanted guidance in the home selling process. It is a valuable tool in understanding the process and provides insight for interviewing a real estate agent if you determine that is how you want to sell your home.

I believe that the most important part of a home sale or purchase is to understand a client's goals and challenges to support the process to a successful outcome. I also believe that everything happens for a reason. That’s how I approach each opportunity.

My residential real estate experience includes listings, purchases, and the more complex scenarios of listing and buying for a single client concurrently. I have strong financial analysis and project/process management skills. That along with my focus on transparent and frequent communication is what my clients find valuable. By applying these strengths, I strive to simplify the complex process of purchasing or selling a home. By leveraging the professionals on my team, I can meet client’s expectations and ensure the broad availability of support.

While originally from NY, I have lived in NC for 20 years, currently in Durham with my family and 2 dogs. My passion for real estate is only matched by my passion for advocacy within the disability community. I currently serve on the board of OE Enterprises in Hillsborough and am a member of Durham Civitan. Both of these non-profit organizations provide support and services to differently-abled individuals.
