Home buying can be a daunting task but working with Ira ( Kokoye Realty) made the process easier.
It was a first time experience for me and Ira made it so easy and seamless. He kept me posted and updated each step of the way. He was proactive in making calls and keeping the communication going with all the parties involved so that I could get approve for my loan and close on my new home.

I simply cannot find word to express how appreciative my husband and I are of Ira. We were looking to move from Colorado to NM, so I did my search for realtors in the area.

Thank God for Ira; he was with us during the entire process from referring a realtor in Colorado for the sale of our home, to the purchase of our home in Rio Rancho. Ira was always available, we could reach out to him on any document we didn't understand or general questions.

He was always responsive and prompt. Ira is knowledgeable, professional, competent and honest. He went the extra mile for us with the builder to ensure our needs and questions were addressed.

I checked all the good things except Good Value because I wasn't the direct customer, my daughter was. She lives out of state and plans to move back to ABQ so she looked at value and I know she is an excellent shopper. She and Ira would find interesting houses online and via telephone calls. Then we (her parents) would go and look at the houses, let her know our impressions, and sometime FaceTime our visits. Ira would arrange for the showing and meet us there. He was alway very cooperative to work with, knowledgeable, and always on time. He never ran out of patience as my daughter changed what she wanted as time went on. Both my daughter's family and her parents are very happy with the experience and outcome. Ira is the best real estate agent I know of.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ira Sainvilmar. He is about as good as it gets for Realtors when buying a house.He goes over, above and beyond and is willing to work that extra bit that makes all the difference between getting a good house and a GREAT HOME. My Wife and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.As a first time home buyer I had a LOT of questions (and then a few more...and just one more...) and Ira was very patient in answering all of them. He was very responsive with emails and phone messages too. Ira's patience also extended to touring homes, sometimes more than once, as we hemmed and hawed our way all around town. Another very important thing for me was his lack of pushiness. He really took the time to understand our needs and helped us think through some decisions that we could have made quickly (and been wrong about) had we not had his guidance. I really felt he was genuinely looking out for our best interest instead of just trying to push us into the first thing that fit. Genuine and patient, I'd recommend Iralien highly.
