Irasema has lived and sold real estate all around San Diego County for over 20 years, allowing her to put her local knowledge and professional connections to work for her clients to help them achieve their goals. Irasema maintains a reputation of individualized customer care, high-level service, and follow-through. Hyper-focused in her referral-based business, she advocates for her clients through her relaxed, yet professional, personality. Irasema began her full-time real estate career in 2006. Prior to that she worked as a Technical Clothing Merchandiser and Designer for Nike, Reebok, Adidas, and Puma brands, designing technical clothing for running, swimming, fitness, outdoor sports, and triathletes. She brings her creativity and business knowledge to all aspects of her real estate business. In her spare time, Irasema enjoys keeping active and helping the community. She is a marathon and ultra-runner and enjoys hiking and weightlifting. She is an active board member of the non-profit Las Primeras, which focuses on benefiting local, small non-profit organizations that have significant impact in the local communities. She is proud to have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars that have been distributed locally in San Diego County.
