Update: I wrote this review 3 months ago. We received orders shortly after writing this review so obviously I called up Irena to sell our house. There were things that she suggested that buyers were looking for (paint, flooring, countertops) and she helped me with staying on top of the contractors as time was of the essence to get it on the market. She was able to get it on the market in a timely manner. She kept me in the loop with showings and what the market was doing etc. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients.

Irena is very passionate about real estate and her business. She’s an advocate for both her buyers and sellers. She is very familiar with this crazy real estate market. I highly recommend her as a realtor and will definitely use her for all my future real estate needs.

You’re losing money if you do not sell your home with Irena. I had heard about Irena through the subdivision Facebook page from where my home was located when she would list successful sale stories from around the neighborhood. I have to say, I watched these homes consistently being sold for more than what was purchased for and I knew that when the time came for my family to move, we would be absolutely stupid not to go with Irena. She came and gave us insight that usually other realtors would beat around the bush about, which I appreciated. We knew what we needed to get done and fix in the house in order to successfully list our home. Our house hit market at 1pm, had 6 scheduled showings within the hour and within three hours, Irena called with an offer even she said we could not refuse. Closing was a breeze and she was with us every step of the way, answering questions for us whenever we had them. We closed the house $80,000 more than what we bought it for. The market helped, but I truly do not think that we would be as successful as we were had it not been for Irena. So thank you so much for all your help.

She made good recommendations for improvements and paid for the professional photos of the home. This resulted in a full price offer after the house had only been on the market for 10 hours. From day one Irena was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Irena found me my little piece of heaven and this was the seventh home I have purchased in my lifetime. Being a single female she knew my needs and then took the time to know my wants. She was able to deliver both. Always honest and looking out for my best interests as her customer. Ms. Irena is professional, prompt and extremely helpful to work with. She has a thorough knowledge of the Jacksonville and surrounding areas in NC. She was meticulous and thorough with her expectations of the home prior to having it on the market and as a result, we had 5 offers within 24 hours of listing and were under contract the following day. She believes that homes do not sell for two primary reasons: they are either overpriced or marketed poorly. Based off of extensive research, she gave us a realistic expectation of the value of our home and took the time to explain why, based off of comparable homes in the area. She then paid to have the floor plan remeasured, and had professional pictures taken of our home which looked incredible. The efforts put in paid off, as stated above. If you are comfortable with having your home on the market for months to years with dilapidated looking pictures and a poor home description on the listing, then I would not recommend Ms. Irena. If, however, you would like an honest professional assessment of your home and the ability to sell it quickly, and are willing to put in a little effort up front in preparation with her, then I strongly recommend her, and have already recommended her to multiple friends.

I could not be more impressed and satisfied with Irena's performance while selling my house. My house was located in Jacksonville NC. I placed my house for sale for over 20 months with three different agents and none on them delivered their promises to sell the house. After I rented the house for a few months, I decided to sell again...this time with Irena. After I got the house ready, Florence hurricane damaged the house and I needed a lot of repairs. Irena went out of her way to help me out with contractors so I can have the house ready to sell. Without her help, there was no way I could get the house ready to sell within reasonable time. It was really a blessing to have Irena handle the sale. Within ONE week after the house went on the market, she sold it for the price we asked for !! We needed a realtor that had experience assisting clients that were not located where the property was being purchased. After looking at reviews online for Irena, we were confident that she would be the best person to handle our out-of-state (NJ to NC) new construction real estate transaction. Irena was extremely knowledgeable about this type of process and served as our eyes and ears on many occasions when we could not travel to NC. She updated us monthly with pictures of our build and served as our advocate when situations arose with the builder. Irena truly cares about her clients. She's a 24/7 realtor - not sure when she sleeps. Irena was more than happy to pick me up at the airport on several occasions and take me to see homes I was interested in. She stayed in touch with me - always providing me with new listings. I finally found the house I wanted and Irena rushed over to FaceTime with me so I could see the home as if I was there.
