I have not used Irene's services but if I needed them she is someone who I would difinitevly choose. Being a professional in the Real Estate Industry myself I am keen on spotting the pro's that put clients needs as a top priority. I interacted with Irene on a surprise phone call to discuss constructive criticism about a product for clients. Her candor and prior research was refreshing to see and centered around her care for her clients. Highly recommend if you are purchasing in her market.

We were so lucky to have found Irene! After looking for the right person to help us with the sale of our property, we believed that she would be the best choice for us as she had successfully sold similar properties in our area.
Our initial meeting with her put our minds at ease, as her knowledge and experience was obvious. She worked with us in our “comfort zone “ and the sale process was quick and easy.
Besides her professionalism, she is kind, thoughtful and considerate! We would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her.

Irene was such a big help with getting everything in order and ready for us to move into our new home. She made sure the whole house was finished, cleaned and the paint was perfect down to the baseboards of the house! She even got the people selling us the house to put blinds on every window, for free, because of some inconveniences we faced with our closing date! Thank you irene for being the best in business!!

She helped us purchase a new-build condo from January 2022, and we closed in February 2023. During this long process, she provided us progress updates periodically and guided us for a smooth closing. We met Irene quite a few years ago when she did some research to assist us when she knew there was nothing in it for her. She was so helpful that I kept her contact info for a couple years and ended up calling her to help sell our condo. You just know if someone is that helpful just by nature when there is nothing to gain that they will be great to work with. Sure enough Irene did a fantastic job selling our condo. She kept us in the loop and did a fantastic job with getting pictures and advertising as well as negotiations. On top of everything she is just a pleasure to work with and an asset to have on your side. Irene has just recently helped us again with the purchase of our new home. Once again she was a champ.l Buying or selling you want Irene on your side!

My family visited North Myrtle Beach last May to start looking for houses since we plan to relocate in the near future. We had the pleasure to meet Irene Brinkmann that weekend when we try to inquire about a house that was listed with their company. We got lucky that she was the realtor oncall that weekend. She then took the time to show us more properties in the area and price range that we discussed. From the first time we met Irene we felt so comfortable with her and she actually made us feel like she got what we are looking for. On our next viist (just a weekend) Irene took us all day looking at homes for sale and even foreclosure homes. After 9 hours of looking, we decided on a new home. Irene is currently looking out for the lots that we are interested in. Irene is keeping us updated and hopefully we can finalize purchasing our new home on our next visit in September. I would recommend Irene in a heart beat to anyone that is looking to purchase a property in Myrtle Beach. I'm very impressed in how she listens to what we want and need. Irene is beyond knowledgeable about the area and the school districts within the Grand Strand. She not only assisted me in finding my dream home but she relentlessly worked around by busy teacher schedule working with me during PM hours, weekends, and even holidays.
