Ms. Irene Curry is the BEST! I am so happy that I was assigned Ms. Curry to help me with the sale of my house. She was there every step of the way to make sure that everything went smoothly concerning any needed repairs to the house to include a successful closing. First met Irene Nov 2020 and that time, my husband and I have to meet another real estate agent, to see how this selling works. Based on the presentation, we see the difference between the two agents; one agent discussing strategy verbally and an agent that is prepared with her pictures/slides/sold properties etc for us. Obviously we selected and picked Irene to be our agent and from then on she started working with us and religiously providing information in regards with this property selling. She is very professional, organize and very detailed. She constantly call and email us for updates, strategies and plan. Irene is an ideal agent, especially with the busy seller like us. Irene was absolutely wonderful to work with for the sale of our home. We listed our house on a Friday and had multiple offers above list price to choose from on Monday. Irene was able to sell our home for a significant amount above listing price with no contingencies. Irene was always prompt to respond to our calls, emails and text messages. We are beyond happy with the sale of our home! Irene is great!
