I would like to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for Irene. My family and I recently relocated from overseas, and Irene's patience, expertise, and dedication made our move seamless and stress-free.

Despite the physical distance, she conducted video video showings, allowing us to virtually tour properties and gather all the necessary information to make informed decisions. Irene's knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable. She took the time to understand our preferences, priorities, and budget constraints, presenting us with properties that aligned with our preferences.

Beyond her role as a real estate agent, Irene went above and beyond to provide us with comprehensive information about the neighborhoods, school districts, and local amenities. Her genuine and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.

I cannot recommend Irene enough to anyone in need.

Irene put her heart and soul into helping us sell our house. From the very beginning she came over to advise us on how to “thin” and decorate the house for our showing. I was very impressed with Irene’s professionalism and advice! I live out of state, but this was not a problem because Irene was very experienced and knowledgeable about the process of selling a home. She new exactly what I wanted and carried out my wishes to the letter. She went above and beyond my expectations. She advised me to use staging in the process which led to 104 showings in 7 days and resulted in 9 proposals that were all above asking price. She knew the contacts (appraisers, etc) who were equally knowledgeable and experienced and were able to make the process go smoothly. I was especially impressed with her communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would recommend Irene to my friends and family or anyone in need of a realtor. Selling a home can be a complicated and taxing experience, but Irene made the process go so smoothly that wish I had more property to sell in the St. Louis area!

Amazing experience working with Irene. After going through another realtor who was not really interested in putting in any work to increase the value of the house. Irene was very easy to work with. Definitely has your best interest in mind. She had wonderful
Ideas about staging the property, getting professional pictures taken. I ended up selling the place within a month and got almost $20,000 more from what the last realtor was expecting.
She is an amazing and warm person and easy to talk to. I truly felt I could trust her suggestions and advice without any hesitation.
