About Irene

Having spent almost three decades buying, renovating, and selling homes in Addison County, Irene turned her passion (restoring homes) into a career of guiding clients through the home-buying and selling process. In 2022 she joined the Chris von Trapp team at Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman (CBHB), and sold nine houses while on the team. (Team transactions do not get credited to the agent who made them.) In 2024 Irene became an independent agent, still with CBHB. Irene holds an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, and focuses her real estate activities in Addison and Rutland counties. Irene lives in Ripton where she is a member of the Ripton Volunteer Fire Department, and also volunteers as an EMT on the Brandon Area Rescue Squad.
