Highly recommend Irina! She is a fantastic professional. As first time buyers, we appreciated how she walked us through the process and guided us along the way. She made sure to educate us about the quirks of the Boston area properties. She was always available to visit open houses with us and for calls to answer any of our questions. Irina is an outstanding agent. In the last 4 years, she has helped us with 2 purchases and 2 sales. We already know she is amazing. Now that we have a taste of comparison because we have moved to NJ and could not have Irina to represent us on our new home purchase😢, we miss Irina even more. She is committed to her clients and always looking out for their best interests. Her follow-up and communication skills are over the top. She really eases a lot of pain on home buying and selling. She works with great people too so we always had great referrals on services needed on home transactions. Not only that she is an outstanding agent, she is a genuine and sincere person. We are so fortunate to have a chance to get to know and work with her. The agent that I am working with in NJ should take a lesson from her.

Review in 2020/ 2021:
My wife and I had the pleasure working with Irina several times within one year. She was referred to us when we purchased our last condo at the end of 2019. She was upbeat, positive, professional, prompt with the response and on top of things needed. She also had great connections on the referrals when it came to financing, home inspection and lawyer. The great experience prompted us to refer our family when my sister was looking to make a purchase.

In late 2020, we had a chance to work with Irina again when we decided to purchase a new townhome. We also had her as our selling agent for the existing condo. Having her as our agent for both really made the transactions as seamless as possible. We came across several very frustrating situations with the purchase of the new townhome. She helped us through the negotiations with the seller side on the issues and made sure we were protected. She worked to make sure our previous condo could sell as soon as possible. We ended up selling our condo within 10 days after it was listed, and were able to close our new townhome and old condo just 4 days apart. Selling and buying at the same time could be very stressful. Irina definitely took a lot of that off from our shoulders. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and will definitely use her again when we are ready to make the next move again.

I have worked with Irina on two home purchases. As a buyer’s agent, she always stands on the buyer’s side and really understand the buyer’s needs/budget. She is not pushy and let the buyer makes their own decisions. At the same time she gives her professional opinion to help the buyer to make a better decision. Irina goes above and beyond! I had an amazing experience with her. If you don't understand the value of a real estate agent, just work with Irina, and you'll quickly see why: she anticipates all your needs, is extremely responsive, and brings her expert eye. Buying a home is stressful, but Irina did so much work behind the scenes and allowed me to focus on what was needed explicitly from me. She also truly wants what's the best for you. She's never pushy, supports any decision you make, but will bring her years of expertise and advice to get you where you want to be. I enthusiastically recommend Irina. I almost wish I could buy another property already so I could work with her!

Irina goes above and beyond as a realtor! As first time home buyers she made the process of buying a home so easy and natural for us. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and we truly would not have been able to get the home we wanted without her expertise.

With the current state of the market it can be very fast paced and challenging to get the home that you want but Irina is very strategic and ahead of the game. With that being said we never felt pressured at any time. She is patient and always managed to make time for us to see as many homes as we needed to.

She was so supportive from start to finish (plus after too) and it made it an enjoyable experience for us. It always felt that she had our best interests in mind first. We are so happy we chose to work with Irina and would do it again and again!

The Boston market being what it is, trying to buy a home felt like a hopeless AND insurmountable goal. When making the largest, most expensive purchase of your life you absolutely want someone who knows what they're doing and can take charge of all the small things you have absolutely zero knowledge of.

Enter Irina. She was up for visiting any place we wanted. She didn't pressure us to view only her listings. We were clear we would let her know which properties we wanted to see. We'd let her know, she'd make an appointment, and off we'd go.

She offered gentle opinions without pressure or judgement. She recommended everything from lenders, inspectors, locksmiths, and attorneys. We didn't always use them, but it's clear she has a wide network at the ready.

When it came time to make our (third and final) offer she made recommendations for how to make it strong, organized everything, answered any, and all, questions we had and was just so reassuring. Once accepted she was with us every single step of the way. She was on top of locating permits (and ensuring they were also closed out prior to closing on the house), creating punch lists from our walk-throughs, and communicating with the selling agent (which was no easy feat to put it diplomatically). She was not required to be at our closing, but she was there to make sure some issues were addressed and simply to congratulate us.

Irina works *hard* and will make you feel like you are her one and only client. She will stay on top of every single detail. Trust that you will be in very capable hands if you work with her.

Very long review short, Irina knows her stuff. We always felt so well looked after, which was a comfort during such a stressful, fraught process. She was available, responsive, positive, and just a lovely person overall.
