Just closed on my home. A special thank you to my realtor Iris Saenz. Her professional manner and patience led me to accomplish my dream. If you are looking to buy or sell you need someone who understands your needs and has patience to work through the decisions you'll be making. Iris is not only patient but very understanding and organized. The guidance you need during that phase of buying or selling is crucial and I would say Iris is someone you can trust and have on your team. Highly recommend her. So many realtors not very many like her.

If i can use any word to describe my interaction with Mrs. Saenz it would be “BLESSED”. I was given her information by a neighbor who said she had sold their home in 24 hours. Considering my experience with my first time buying a come was unpleasant. I held onto her number for more than four years.

I first had my agent list the home back in 2020 and it sit on the market for 30 days with no activity. I was so frustrated with my last realtor lack of passion i pulled the home from the market. As being active duty my time had came to an end in the sun city. With emergency order to leave within months my anxiety was raised. Lord how in the world can i sell this house fast and pay rent in a new location? God lead me to the most intelligent, driven, honest, and compassionate woman in El paso. I called her and she promised us that she would take care of us in the house would be sold within 30 days on the market.

After having to PCS the anxiety grew even stronger with the fear of the unknown. This is the part that set her aside from anyone i ever met in the real estate world. Owning a home has alot of up keeps and with the heavy rains our home had structural damage. Do to the travel move out of our own pockets, we didn't have cash to pay for alot of the damages. At her own feel will she paid a portion of the repair upfront to ease our stress praying the home would sell fast. I received weekly updates on the repairs and the timelines it would take. All cost was at her expense with only a promise to pay her back at closing.

Now its time for the home to be put on the market. My neighbor of course who is active in my life called me to inform me that my realtor was burning the midnight oil as we call it. None stop traffic and showing of the home, which was amazing considering with my other realtor didn't have one showing! Two days passed and she broke the news that we had an offer. Bursting out in tears of joy, i didn't know what to say. Everything was too good to be true. Once again after the inspection and additional damages she found businesses that agreed to be compensated at the closing of the home. She stood firm on her own and became our voice with negotiations.

I know for a fact that her family has to be proud of the woman that she is. Mrs. Saenz was so patience with us that I informed her that i would tip her an additional few thousand dollars for doing things that she didn't have to. As we were signing paperwork she said i know you wanted to tip me but I promised you i would ease the stress on your family. Just leave me a review and we would call it even. If reading this doesn't make you want to do business with the best in El Paso, good luck dealing with others. Before i buy my next home I know who to contact! To Mrs. Iris thank you so much for your loyalty and dedication. You will never understand the blessing you put on my life. As a father i pray that my daughters grow up to share your values and leadership. Take care!

Iris was nothing but amazing. We recently moved from Europe to El Paso and started looking at homes about 3 months before arriving in El Paso.
She did video walk-throughs of the homes we were interested in, and pointed out things that were damaged or would possibly need repairs. She helped us determine the best offers, and contract options in order to get our offers taken seriously being as we were still overseas. Iris and her team handled everything from scheduling our inspections and appraisals to giving us options on the best lender for us to use.

I recommend Mrs. Saenz as your next realtor here in El Paso. Throughout the entire process Mrs. Saenz was professional, caring and understanding. Did I mention that I was stationed in Korea at the time and had to buy my 3rd home overseas before I even moved to Tx?!? The time zone difference did not stop her from making sure I was well taken care of and knew exactly what was going on. Mrs. Saenz is an outstanding realtor and you will be thankful for allowing her help you find your forever home.
