I made my first personal real estate investment in the 1990s—a two-acre parcel near the future Area Service Highway. That spark turned into a lifelong obsession. Over the last few decades, I have formed various LLCs and partnered with an elite network of investors to buy, sell, finance, and develop diverse real estate ventures.
