I had the pleasant opportunity to work with Isabel when I as looking for a new house. From day one, Isabel was extremely responsive and highly professional and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Any doubts/issues that I had being a first time home buyer, she was there to quickly resolve them. She is also excellent at negotiations so be confident in the fact that she will always get you the best deal there is. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Isa was always very prompt in her follow up. She made herself available for any clarifying questions, and was flexible in the time and date for when to meet up. Would recommend to family and friends.

I used Isabel Rivera-Gutierrez for the sale of my first home and the purchase of my second home last year, and I could not have worked with a better agent! I was stressed by the process, but she made everything easier for me... I even had to travel during the time both escrows (for my sale and my purchase) were open, and she made it all happen seamlessly. I got an amazing deal for my current home, and she was able to sell my previous home for a price I was very comfortable with. Isabel is personable, and she will work for you to have the best experience and have a most satisfying transaction. I cannot say enough great things about Isabel! I highly recommend her to anyone.
