I highly recommend Isabelle Housmans if you're in the Rochester area!
She was a tireless advocate for us. We worked with Isabelle for both buying and selling property, and she was a great representative both times. We appreciated how available she made herself, how quick she was to respond to questions, and how knowledgeable she was about the market.

When my sister recommended Isabelle to me, I was happy but a little puzzled as she kept repeating that Isabelle “is not a typical RE agent”. Working with Isabelle in the buying of my new construction home for the past year has made me realized what my sister said was true.

Isabelle has extensive experience in the Rochester MN area. Not only does she know the housing market well, she is a wealth of information when it comes to local knowledge. In the beginning when I couldn’t make up my mind as to what kind of homes I wanted, Isabelle patiently helped me sort through the many aspects of relocation and eventually we were able to prioritize and focus on new constructions. When I needed to sort out the pros and cons, she often provided insightful information so as to help me solidify the target.

When drawing the contract, Isabelle more than often reminded me of all the minute details that needed to be considered. She offered best advice for financial options and was always on the look out for my best interest. During the building process, I relied on Isabelle’s keen eyes to help me keep track of the specifications. Whenever we needed her, she always makes time for us.

In short, Isabelle is an accomplished professional with high integrity. Her calming manner makes her extremely pleasant to work with. If anyone asks me, I not only highly recommend her, I will also tell them: “she is not a typical RE agent, you know”.
